For Christmas break in 2009, our family went to Hawaii. I had never been there before, and I had heard a lot about the cool introduced herps there. But I didn’t really expect to see much since we were only there for a week on Maui. We didn’t see many different species, but the Jackson’s Chameleon made up for the lack of diversity!

These guys were everywhere:

Brown Anoles (Anolis sagrei) were very common in a park that we went to:
Well, that’s basically it. As I said, not much in species, but the Jackson’s Chameleon was still totally awesome!
